How to keep your teeth clean

 Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste, floss once a day, and rinse with mouthwash. Drink water, limit sugary foods, and eat crunchy fruits and vegetables. Replace your toothbrush every 3 months. See your dentist for cleanings and check-ups on a regular basis. Avoid smoking and drinking too much coffee or tea. Chew sugar-free gum after meals to reduce plaque buildup.
